Do I need an account to buy tickets?
No. You can buy tickets as a guest with just your name, email, and phone number. Your tickets are delivered to your email instantly, with a secure link to access them anytime.
What happens if I don't use all my funds?
Any remaining balance stays in your Dreep wallet for your next event or vendor storefront. Load only what you plan to spend; your balance never expires.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. We use bank-grade encryption to protect your data. We never store your Mobile Money PIN, card details, or other sensitive credentials.
Can I use Dreep at any event?
Dreep is available at partner events and vendor storefronts. Look for the Dreep logo at events, browse vendor storefronts online, or check the 'Events' tab in the app to see upcoming supported experiences.
Can vendors sell products outside of events?
Yes. Vendors can set up a branded storefront to sell physical and digital products year-round, independent of events. Customers can browse, order, and pay directly through the vendor's storefront page.
What if I lose my phone?
Your funds are linked to your account, not just your phone. Simply log in to your account on a new device to access your wallet.
